Rosina Makes: Gluten free Vegan Sausage Rolls

Here's our super easy sausage roll recipe!

1 pack  jus trol gluten free pastry (available at Tesco )
1 pack Sharaf vegetarian sausage mix
 (available at independent health food stores like
1 medium onion finely chopped and fried in some oil
1tsp mixed herbs (use 2 tsp of your favourite curry powder instead to give them a twist!)
Half - 1 tsp Hot smoked paprikaSalt and pepper
1 TSP tomato puree (optional)
A little water in a glass to use as glue when wrapping the pastry around the mix
Glaze the tops with your favourite dairy free cream or vegan mayo

Follow the sausage mix instructions and stir in the extra ingredients
Bake on a lined baking tray at 200c on the middle shelf for about 15mins or until slightly golden.
